Paying with Apple Pay on a web site, from a Mac with Touch ID, really feels like magic. No entering of the number or the security code, the expiration or any of that. Just click pay and use your finger.

…then, their iphone app’s login screen doesn’t support pasting. So long, difficult passwords (such as those created and kept in password managers) are discouraged. smh.
My bank now forces online usernames to have at least 1 digit. WTH. What purpose does this serve? The username is the plain text field, why enforce complexity there?

Heard on the radio today that tuition increases by 7% year over year.
Why would inflation for the rest of the economy be 2-3%, but tuition so much higher? Is this supply and demand at work?
Govt: “Hooray, we added more $’s for students! Vote for me”
Schools: “Hooray, our prices went up!”
If true, it’s hard for me to blame the schools, they seem to be mopping up available dollars.
